I've always liked when these kinds of games go to ridiculous sizes, but I'm probably going from the wrong direction. You'd have to first create the actual gameplay system, and only then paint it with descriptions and the (sort of) lack of an upper limit.
I actually tried starting by making an actual game, but I found that it takes a lot of patience, and more importantly, willpower to work on such a thing when you could just make a list of increasingly large things and then get too horny to work.
is it possible to get into more detail for each action as it kinda just becomes repetitive. With just some words being changed. Or maybe make it into a quest like story to get larger
Yeah, at some point I guess I should write a whole unique paragraph about it. For now, I'm adding some news stories that'll hopefully build the world and help improve the experience. Thanks for reaching out, it really helps!
As for adding further interactivity beyond push-button-get-bigger... I'm not sure about that. I could make it push-one-of-several-buttons-get-bigger, I guess. In doing so I may even be able to make the vore itself optional, as I know that significantly reduces the target audience. Things to do after I get the first update done.
Without any clear sense of scale, it tends to lose its effect; that's why once the size reaches a certain point, comparing it with the main body is meaningless, you need to compare it to something of a similar size. That's why this particular method of growth is this effective: it creates opportunities for constant comparisons.
And it's really rather difficult to find anything larger than the literal universe.
As for the images, I don't own any, and I don't have the money to commission them. I know some artists who are probably capable of drawing it, but 59 or even just 10 images in a sequence may be a bit much. If I had the images, I'd use them, but I don't, and I'm not an artist.
However, I'm working on adding some news stories to give more context to the various stages, build the world around the events taking place, and hopefully improve the experience. Quantity is easy to make, but gives diminishing returns, while quality takes a lot more effort but gives a lot more back.

Some hot and good writing right there, made me horny
best game ever only wished there were some stupid images
Hey, you're extremely good at cute horny silly writing.
I like to think that I can do regular cute writing too, though I must admit that's not nearly as popular.
Yeah, well, you've got a partition between that and this, and that's understandable.
Funniets game i ever played lol!
you need to set the replay to "1000000000000000000000000000000" to get the ending

Maybe I need a business partner.
You need some music to work to, like metal. to distract yourself
